Mr. Cirignano has put together a management team that brings together a history of success in facility maintenance and maintenance management services which makes Building Service a true leader in the industry. Consistency with regard to service as well as cost is an essential part of any locations facility remodeling program. It is paramount that the service provided is true to the design of the program which is intended to maintain the assets as well as deliver the desired appearance at each location. Location to location it is imperative that all the locations meet or exceed the client's expectation. The costs for each service must remain true to the program which is intended to allocate expense in the manner desired by the client while establishing a fixed budget. Cost allocations can be the same for each location or determined by a formula taking into account size, geography, and/or sales volume. Though the cost allocations can be determined in a variety of ways the costs must remain consistent location to location in order to provide a fixed budget.

Michael Cater has been with Hospitality Specialist since the mid 90's and serves as Director of Operations and Advisor. Mr. Cater has a diverse background in the Construction and Finance fields. Mr. Cater is involved in all projects from inception thru completion. He has also developed much of our procedures and our Quality Control Programs.

Mark Davis is our newest addition to top management at Hospitality Specialist. Mr. Davis Serves as Senior Project Superintendent and brings with him over 15 years of experience of Hospitality Remodeling and is one of our strongest assets. Mr. Davis is our Client's # 1 contact for all of their Remodeling Concerns.

Jim Stanlake is a addition to our Las Vegas area office. Jim has been in the Las Vegas area since 1980 and has worked in the Hotel Casino market during his entire time in Las Vegas. He brings to Hospitality Specialist a wide and diverse range of experience both in hotel room remodeling and casino remodeling experience, ranging from front desk, bell desk, restaurant, buffet, gift shop, shopping areas and stores, bars, high limit gaming spaces, casino cage and general public casino areas.

Jim brings a very basic principle in his approach to hotel casino jobs; exceed the customers expectations, at or under budget, and meet deadlines or provide early opening for the spaces worked on.
